Absolutely loved my hair appointment with Darci on Monday! I decided to go with Social Salon because they had all the hair services I was looking for and they looked like they had an amazing team. I had to change my appointment type last min and Marissa had responded to my email so quickly late at night so I appreciate her doing that! I went to Social Salon in Palo Alto and I was first assisted by Marissa, a very polite lady that asked me my name and said to wait for my appointment, in that moment she offered me drinks and I thought that treatment was a very special one! After that, I met ROSE, and I already can say: She’s the BEST hair stylist that I ever had! She was above and beyond my expectations. She truly knows how to change someone self-esteem!! We had a start conversation about my highlights and she asked me how I wanted it done and what were my thoughts. She was very understanding and I felt she wanted to see me happy but in the same time she was very professional and explained what would be the best for my hair in that moment. She made sure we were in the same page, and I really enjoyed the way she talked to me - very assertive. All my friends gave me tons of compliments!
